AMPTONE - Cybermonks links for getting good amp tone, guitar amps, manufacturers etc.  If you are reading this page, you probably want to read the amptone one too...  (Added 15/8/2000).
Andrea Ciuffoli - This guy designs and builds OTL valve amps (Output TransformerLess). Check out his pages and prepare to have all your existing ideas blown out of the window.....

K1DWU home page - More Ham Radio than guitar amps, but there is a rich set of 4500+ links to sites of interest to the constructor.  A nice touch, is that the links are verified weekly.  (added 19/6/2000).
R.G. Keens pages - Guitar effects, info on amps, and the legendary Tube Amp FAQ (see Repair Links).

LXH2 contains circuit diagrams (solid state) that allow amplifier and speaker simulators to be made.
Mattijs de Vries tube page, includes lots of links and an interesting class A amplifier project based on 811's. He also plans to make a push-pull amp using 807's someday (when it's done, I'll copy it to use up my own stock of 807's!).
Mic Kaczmarczik has put together various clippings from UseNet on common questions - this is an excellent resource.
Nate's Homebrew tube amp corner - another site with lots of info for valve amp builders.
Norman Koren audio page Articles on SPICE vacuum tube modeling and finding SPICE parameters. High-end SPICE-based preamplifier and power amplifier designs. (Added 28/8/2001).
Real McCoy audio - Although aimed at audiophile applications, this page contains some interesting articles and details for suppliers for tubes and transformers (Andre tells me there is more more guitar stuff coming soon).
Sal Trentino's Amp Tips - Guidelines on extending valve amplifier life and safe usage.
Sofia - Italian organisation marketing a computer controlled curve tracer for checking valves out.  They also include sample outputs from a number of valves which may prove helpful.
Summit Amps - Carl Zwengels pages, with schematics and tech info for guitar amps.  (Added 30/7/98)
The Vacuum Tube FAQ by Henry Pasternack - Nice concise document on how valves actually work.
