What if I don't want to give my card details over the net?

Buying goods and services on the Internet is acknowledged as being fairly safe these days.  Both of the ordering agencies for disk2disk use secure transactions to further safeguard your credit card details.  However, some customers still don't feed safe about giving out their details over the net.  SWREG accept orders by telephone or fax (subject to a small processing charge), click here for details of different ways to order.

I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

SWREG will also accept payment by checks drawn on US or UK banks.  Place your order through SWREG as normal, and then select check as the payment option which will set up a pending order.

Further instructions are then given on where to send the check. 

I'm in the USA - that means I pay in dollars?

It's a common belief that dollar sales are for US customers, and Sterling/Euro sales are for European customers - this just isn't true!  Both SWREG and RegisterHouse process orders promptly and efficiently.  You may even want to check exchange rates and see which is the least expensive option using The Universal Currency Converter Services .

Can I send a purchase order?

No, unfortunately we don't accept them.

Why won't you accept my email address?

Duncan Amplification don't make any stipulations on email addresses, but SWREG and RegisterHouse may refuse to accept online orders where a free email address is used.  This is to guard against credit card fraud.  If you want your registration key to show your free email address after receipt of your key, please contact us and we will gladly send a replacement key for disk2disk.

I ordered last week - where's my key?

Sometimes web based order forms get filled in and not finished off, and unfortunately this can cause problems as they order never gets as far as being processed.  The other issue is that email addresses can be mis-typed, so it's not possible to deliver the security key.  If you feel you have placed an order and not received a key within 48 hours, please contact us and we will try to work out where things have gone wrong.  It helps if you can tell us who you ordered through, and the date of the online order.  It's an even bigger help if you have the order reference.

Where do I download the multi-user copy?

There is no multi-user disk2disk - simply use the normal copy for site licensing through MLP's.  The only difference with the MLP's is that the key name will say "Acme Inc. (50 user)" to differentiate between the single user license.
